Most of the time, buying a piece of Lexington real estate is unproblematic. You finish up in a community you have always dreamed of with a fabulous house. Unfortunately, it is usually too late when you realize that your neighbors are a headache.

Neighborly feuds sometimes get excessive and might cause one party to move away. It is best to shower a malicious neighbor with kindness; you have a better chance a response to your complaints.

Make sure you do your research on local codes and regulations prior to accusing a neighbor of violating any laws. You can bring the city in if they do not answer your interests.

The court and police should only be used as a last resort and a mediator can oftentimes settle any feuds. You should be able to get along with your neighbor if you keep an open mind.
