You have a modern kitchen and a backyard designed for entertaining in your . The next step could be installing an elevator. Among baby boomers, residential elevators are more normal than you would think.

Conventional elevators, comprable to those in hotels or apartment building, will be costly. The new, less expensive model is the pneumatic lift. This kind uses the force of suction and is made up of a tall, clear tube with a platform that moves up and down. Elevators take up space and will not be for everybody.
