Zillow.com, the breakthrough real estate website, is requesting more from its visitors. Consumers now have the ability to add new data about homes and make those facts public.

According to Zillow CEO, Richard Barton, this new component will "dramatically enhance the quality and relevance of Zillow." A homeowner will need to register their name and their property history through a private verification process to access this info. To add details to your Lexington home , go to Zillow.

Lexington real estate has changed directions to form paperless transactions. Buying or selling a piece of real estate is a lot easier with an electronic method. What's more, it will speed up closings and save money. However, we have used paper for many years and going paperless is not as easy as it sounds.

One of the hardest parts of using an electronic system is making sure transactions are secure. There is always the chance of fraud although electronic signatures were made legal in 2000. New laws make electronic transactions even safer, continuing the move to paperless methods.

As this happens, we will see a better, more efficient method.
